drop Ship Program

To Drop Ship your order, please follow the steps outlined below.

  • When checking out online, type in the Special Instructions window:

"Drop Ship to:
<Customer Name>
<Customer Address> <Customer Phone Number> <Any Other Special Instructions>"

  • If you want to place your drop ship order by email or phone, specify to the Order Desk that it is a Drop Ship as well as provide the proper address.
  • Use of a preexisting UPS or FedEx account is allowed; please supply the Order Desk with your shipping account number when submitting your order.
  • Drop Ship fees may vary; please contact your Territory Sales Manager to understand what fees may apply to your types of Drop Ship orders. 


Special Orders

For products not normally stocked, and thus labeled *Special Order*, please submit a completed purchase order .PDF to the Order Desk.

Credit and Returns

Product Return Procedure

Product returns are limited to 30 days from the date of invoice for perishable items; 90 days for non-perishable items.

Returns will only be granted if the product has been under BCUSA control at all times and determine to be suitable for intended use. The customer should call to receive a Return Authorization Number.

All credit requests will be investigated and only granted if BCUSA is determined to be at fault.

Credit Process

When you receive a damaged product, or product is lost in transit, we will now be able to send you replacement product at no cost. To make the process as simple and streamlined as possible, please follow these steps:

  • Note damage or missing product on BOL/Delivery Receipt
  • Take photos of shipment before breaking down and/or of damaged product
  • Contact the Credit and Returns Desk via Email (creditandreturns@countrymalt.com) or phone (360-905-3366) with:
    1. Item Codes for missing/damaged product
    2. Invoice number of order in question
    3. Photos (if applicable)
