CREDIT AND RETURNS

Product Return PROCESS

Product returns are limited to 30 days from the date of invoice for perishable items; 90 days for non-perishable items.

Returns will only be granted if the product has been under CMG control at all times and determined to be suitable for intended use. The customer should call to receive a Return Authorization Number.

All credit requests will be investigated and only granted if CMG is determined to be at fault.

CREDIT PROCESS

When you receive a damaged product, or product is lost in transit, we will send you replacement product at no cost. To make the process as simple and streamlined as possible, please follow these steps:

    • Note damage or missing product on BOL/Delivery Receipt

    • Take photos of shipment before breaking down and/or of damaged product

    • Contact the Credit and Returns Desk via Email (creditandreturns@countrymalt.com) or phone (360-905-3366) with:

      1. Item Codes for missing/damaged product

      2. Invoice number of order in question

      3. Photos (if applicable)
